Hi. All my windows can't stay up. The pivot shoe all cracked (plastic). The RED spiral balance length is 29", the BLUE pivot shot is 2" (L) x 1 1/2" wide (track wall-to-wall). Please see photos for the rest of the dimensions.

We'd be happy to help but we'll need a little more information to help you. We'll need to see a picture of the pivot shoe and spiral balance removed from the window, as well as the width and thickness of the pivot shoe since it's impossible to get accurate measurements while it's still installed. We'll also need you to confirm the diameter of the spiral balance tube. From there, we should have the information we need to recommend the correct replacements for you. Thank you!
Thanks for the reply, Terry. The Spiral Balance looks like it might be our S600-29 with a Red Tip option; look it over just to confirm. As far as the pivot shoe goes, we have no pivot shoe that is 1-1/2" wide. I'm afraid these dimensions just won't be reliable enough unless you remove the shoe from the window, via the method that Tom showed in the video above. Something tells me you have our 15-046; but you'll still want to remove the shoe and go over the dimensions to be absolutely sure. Let me know what you find.
