"spiral boot"

These photos are of the "boot" at the bottom of window. The spiral fits into these boots.
I have a number of these broken in my home.

Hello! This part is called a pivot lock shoe. We carry a ton, which you can see here. I'd be happy to recommend a match, but I would need to see a photo of yours out of the window. I will also need to know its thickness. When you measure it, please be as precise as possible.

I've added another photo, and taken some measurements.
Length is 2".
Width is 1 1/2".
Thickness / depth is 1/2".

Thank you! If the thickness is 1/2", then I recommend our 15-046 pivot shoe. The dimensions match yours exactly and it will be compatible with your old balance and pivot bar.

I had to cut out the old parts.
I couldn't have done that without the videos your company provides.
It was quite the learning experience.
