The spiral tip color depends on both the Series of balance and the weight of the sash. Did you use the spiral balance guide to identify which Series balance you have? Do you know the SWISCO.com product code of the balance you need? If not, we need to know some information about your window. Does the window tilt in for cleaning? Can you send us pictures of your old spiral balance?
