need 2-17inch, 2-25 inch and 2-29 inch and tool to adjust. 25 inch tip is red other two appear to be white

Can you please tell us what the outer tube diameter is?

If it is 3/8" you are looking at the Series 400 spiral balances.

If it is 5/8" you are looking at the Series 400 spiral balances.

In either case, you will also need our 75-005 charging tool and will need to compare the tip colors we offer to the sash weight range chart located in the product description pages of the spiral balances.
