spring balance detached on tilt single hung vinyl windows

Question

Trying to fix a couple of windows in my mother's home which is 22 years old. A single spring track has come loose on each window. Here are the markings on the tracks:
26 5 DW CMC - 1
32 3 AW CMC 4
One of the windows has the tilt lock release missing. One of the windows is missing the cover that conceals the rope attachment at the top of the frame. I have attached images.

Thanks for reaching out to us! This balance appears to be the Series 765 Balance but it appears the hook at the bottom of yours may be damaged. Specifically, you'll need the 27" S765-27 with a 26-5 stamp and the 33" S795-33 with a 32-3 stamp. It would be advised to replace both balances.

The nylon box at the top of the window track is the 26-053A Balance Stop. You'll need to reuse the piece covering the screw, if possible. I've tagged the compatible shoe and pivot bar below for your review as well.

For the tilt latches, I suggest starting with reviewing and comparing the 26-393A and 26-393B. Carefully compare the dimensions and design to the existing latch to determine which of these might be the best fit.
