Thanks for writing in. These old block & tackle rod balances aren't made anymore, but they can be replaced with one of our tilt window channel balances. To know which one, we need to see a version of this balance that still has whatever attachment it had at the bottom: usually a clip, or a shoe. Without seeing this attachment, we can't narrow down what you need.

Your pivot shoe looks a lot like our 15-129 but you can view the dimensions on our product page to confirm. If that is, in fact, what you have then you'll most likely need ths S770 channel balance that is compatible with that pivot shoe. You'll need to measure an undamaged balance to choose the correct length. You'll also need to weigh your bottom sash to choose the correct spring strength option for your balance based on the chart under the product description.
