Some sliding/tilting windows in my coop apartment had their pivot shoes break, and I need to replace all 4. They are regular spring loaded, not spiral, from what I can tell. I can't quite decide between the 9/16" and 5/8": what I measured looks like the thickness is kind of in between.
So I would like to buy 4 of your 15-047 and 4 of 15-121; the pivot bars look like your 26-040, and the shoes that broke look like the 15-121 but have the blue brake instead of your red one (at least the three which broke do; the sole remaining one has a white brake so looks like 15-047, but I couldn't measure it as I didn't take it out). Also, as the shoe broke, the spring shot up, so I'm looking for a tool to pull those anchors out of the tube - they are sticking out but the plastic is in the tube, and takes some effort to pull it out; would your charging tool 75-033 work for that? I am ready to place the order any time. Thank you! Anton

Hello there Anton. It sounds like you are well on your way to ordering the replacement parts we are recommending. The commercial style balance system you have uses Ultra lift balances. Therefore, we also feel you can go with the 15-047 pivot shoe and 26-040 pivot bar for these repairs. We also believe that the 75-033 charging tool would be beneficial in this replacement. Make sure to get back to us and let us know how you make out.
