need the upper and lower latch (the one attached to the springs). both left and right also.

Thank you for posting. Please take a look at our 26-157 and 26-158 top tilt corner latches as possible replacements for you.

As for your pivot bar, our 26-041 looks similar to what you are showing us. Carefully compare all of these products to yours and let us know if any of these could work for you.
