I ordered and received from you some replacement take out clips, part no 16-002. I am replacing a take-out clip that is broken but still in place so I need to remove it and insert the new one. Is there a procedure to follow to do that or any tricks you can relay? Thanks. Bob

There's no specific trick to removing the 16-002, but I can tell you that you cannot remove them without breaking them. They aren't technically meant to be replaced. How you break them to get them out is up to you. You just want to be careful not to break the vinyl jamb liner.
