Hey there,

Thanks for writing in!  Your exact shoe is no longer available but we have recommended our 15-177 Pivot Shoe in the past and believe it will work as a suitable alternative. Take a look over the dimensions and carefully compare them to determine if this will be a fit for you.

This shoe will not be compatible with your existing coils, so you'll need to replace them with the 1/2" thick Series 152 Coil Balance. To determine which springs are needed to complete your assemblies, look for stamps/markings on the metal. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window.

To replace the coil spring covers, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and the 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.

I believe you may be able to use the 26-226 Pivot Bar to replace the one installed in the bottom of your sash, but you'll need to removing your existing pivot bar double check the dimensions. For the keeper, take a look at the 90-263 and for the latch take a look at the 26-456 Interconnect Latch. The dimensions for each of these pieces of hardware can be found directly on the website.
