this is a Loewen widow crank for a casement window.

Home Owner from Dana Point, CA
the crank is described as brushed chrome folld-away handle.  new or used is OK.  The inner threads have been worn out so it now longer "cranks".
The window operator parts have been discontinued by Loewen.. Windows installed 20 years ago.
Would accept a replacement even if not a "perfect" style match so window becomes functional again..

Hey there!

We're happy to look into this. Can you open the window and show us a clear photo of the arms that move the window sash? That should help us narrow down some options.

I have many casement windows in my home. I have "borrowed" a crank from another window I open infrequenntly to put on the windown for the 2 photos I have attached.  Ideally I would like to replace the pitted "snap-on" cover and crank which used to be sold as a unit. But I can proably have the cover refinished.  It is the crank that I most definitely need a replacment for...

Thank you kindly! Your operator looks like it could be a match for the 39-031 and 39-032, or the 39-155 and 39-156. The important difference is the length of the link arm, as shown below. You'll have to measure your old assembly to determine the best match.

Please note that the 39-323 cover and 39-205 folding handle are sold separately.
