Greetings from SWISCO.com. You need our S795-24 tilt balance with the bottom 1" T-Lock shoe, 15-194. The spring weight option is 24B. The S795-24 comes with the 15-195 shoe by default. This is 1-1/4" wide; however, your shoe appears to be the smaller 15-194, which is 1" wide. Fortunately, these just pop on and off. You can get the 15-194 separately and just pop it on once you receive your hardware. This balance installs at the top. Our Series 795 installs using a screw tab. If yours installs using a screw tab, too, then great. If it installs using a hook, though, it will have to be custom made.
