These are hooked to a spring that looks like a door spring.I have no idea what kind of window these are i think crestmmor, but i can't find anything that just has a spring for the block and tackle part.

Your photos look like a match to the 15-104 Caradco friction shoe. Take a look at the specifications below to confirm. Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement jamb liners or the naked springs used to support the window. If you need new jamb liners as well, your best bet would be to reach out to a local millwork for assistance. Thanks for posting!
