this part is broken it attaches to the pulley

i was told that silver line made the windows. house was bulit in 2004 i believe picture on left is where pully is. 2nd one is on bottom of window where attaches to pully

Hello! Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. Yours in particular looks to be a good match for our 15-129, but check it out and let me know what you think.
