this window wont close

A handy person from CA says:
it get almost close and will not go the last inch if we push it from the out side it will shut but it feels like something its jammed I removed the clips and locking hook and did not improve it so does it need a replacement crank ?

Hello,

We can't be sure what exactly is jamming your window without being there to troubleshoot the problem but I believe that we can replace your original hardware. Take a look at our 38-075 lock and 38-089 keeper. I believe these are the newer versions of your original hardware. As for the operator, see the 39-036 Entrygard assembly. You could also check the hinges and if you think that could be a problem, take a look and compare the 36-048 to yours. Thank you!
