tilt latch replacement part

unable to identify part number of window - the windows tilt out for cleaning - was told by the company that installed the window that they were Anderson windows but no one at Anderson can identify the part and the company refuses to provide the manufacturer's name - says they don't have my files.
The part that is broken is installed at the bottom of the window. unable to open the window without the entire window coming out of the track
