tilt pin or pivot bar?

We need a few of these which are broken on our windows. The home was built in 2006 by DR Horton. We belive these are called tilt pins or pivot bars, but cannot identify the manufacturer.

Yes, this part is called a pivot bar. Yours is a very old style with a much more dramatic offset than you might see in modern applications. I don't believe it's made anymore, but I've had customers in the past tell us that our 26-040 works well as an alternative, despite the fact that it's straight. Look it over and see what you think!
