tilt sash window balance / block& tackle spring replacement part

Question

Hi.  I'm seeking replacement part for the tilt sash block and tackle /spring balancer for a window as shown in the images attacjed.  The plastic blocks have broken.  No idea who manufactured this window / no label.  The spring is 18" and the track is 32".  There is a marking "32F" on the track and a small manufacturer mark.  I only need replacement for one side of this window.  Thanks.

Hey there!

I recognize this. You have a discontinued balance that isn't made anymore but we have a workaround thankfully. It just won't look exactly the same as your old assembly. To outline it for you, we'll be using a "skinny" ribbed version of our Series 795. This balance comes with a T-lock shoe by default but you won't be able to use it. You'll need to pop it off and find a way to re-install the metal clip that anchors to your pivot shoe in order for our replacement to function. Just for clarification, the metal clip I'm referring to is in your fourth photo here.

Can you tell me the number of balances you're looking to replace? I can draft a price quote from there.
