I recognize this balance system. I'm afraid this isn't made anymore and we won't be able to provide an exact match. That said, I think you may be able to get our Series 140 to work. Look it over and see what you think. You'll have to weigh your sash and divide it by 2 to confirm the best option. For example, if your sash was 20 pounds, you'd want the S140-10

Another issue is the pivot bar. Your old ones won't be compatible with the Series 140, even assuming it works. You would need either our 26-398 or 26-405, depending on which one is a match for your current pivot bar's hole spacing.
