tilt window shoe

Question

a tilt shoe of my window which is installed by champion window in 2006 is broken and I don't know the part number and the series number . do you have this part or could you please provide the part number. thank you .

Hello. I'm afraid they no longer make window balances in this style. We can offer a possible substitute, though. See our S770-27 tilt window channel balance. I also recommend our 27E option. As for the pivot shoe, see our 15-129, which is 1-1/4" wide by 9/16" thick. It should work with your pivot bar.
