tilt window track parts

Question

I don't know the brand of window this is. Maybe the bar code means something to you.
The bottom receiver on the bottom sash has broken apart (the aluminum round part.) I hope that you can come up with the part for me.

Hello,

The coil balance pivot shoe shown in your second photo was recently discontinued. The good news is that the 15-177 will work as a replacement. It is also used with the same S152 coil springs and related accessories. Thanks for posting!
