to replace balance

Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. Your balance isn't a configuration we stock, so this must be a custom order. To outline this for you, we'll use the S770-16 channel balance and swap the terminal clip with the 15-170 clip. Can you confirm the number of balances you'd like to order? We can get the ball rolling from there. 

Can you confirm the stamp for the 26" balance? I see the 16" balance in your photos is stamped 16C, but we'll also need to know the other balance's stamp.

Please note that our minimum for custom orders is 2. We always recommend replacing balances in pairs anyway. Pairing a new balance with an old one would only cause the new hardware to wear out much faster. 

Thank you! I'm going to email you a purchase link for (2) S770-16 (16C) and (2) S770-24 (24C) balances with the 15-170 clip attached, which you can use to place an order on our website. Note that there is an approximate 5-6 week lead time, and your old pivot shoe was just recently discontinued, so you'd have to reuse your old one.
