top connector broken

I need both bottom (crank) and top (see image of broken part) for this window.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us a bird's eye view of the operator's arms that move the sash? Could we also see the hinge base that's attached at the bottom of the sill?

Emily, Thank you for getting back to me. I am not sure what additional photo's I can get for you. The window is on the 2nd story and I can not access it from the outside (as a bird would see it). The piece that NEEDS replacement (broke) is on the top of the window, which does not show well in the photo that I sent, but the fact that it is not connected to the window itself shows that it is broken. I want to replace both top and the actual "crank" mechanism at the bottom of the window and all I really want to make sure is the correct parts to order.
Is there another way for you to confirm which parts I need to order?

The 39-253RB and 39-439B come to mind. The difference between these parts is the design of the guide used at the end of the straight arm. The video below will go over this.

As for the hinge, it's tough to make out yours but you can start by taking a look at the 36-048 and 36-049. You'll have to review the specifications and compare them with yours to see if one of them matches up with your old hinge. Just note that we recommend you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
