Have hurricane glass windows need to identify part number to order several. Also is the part available in aluminum the plastic breaks easily?

Thanks for posting, John. This looks like our 18-185 top sash guide. Unfortunately, this is not available in other materials. The manufacturer only made it this one way. I am sorry we cannot offer a stronger substitute.

Also can you provide me with the balance/spring part number? The number on the track is 2919 and the sash weighs 30 lbs. It is 1/2 to 9/16 inches wide and 5/8 inches deep.

I can't say for sure what balance you have without seeing it. PGT windows have been known to use our Series 395 balance, however. You will need to carefully look it over to confirm that this is a match.
