traditional flush sliding window latch

The first photo shows bottom most part.  Second phot shows latch with grey thing.  last photo shows what it looks like intact.

Good afternoon! I recommend the 90-252 latch mechanism and the 90-253 cover, which is sold separately. Look them over and let me know what you think.
