triple coil balance and pivot shoe and support

My triple coil support failed. I am looking for the replacement parts for a triple coil balance. Like to replace the coils, pivot shoe and support for simonton window. current coils I removed has the following info on them #4.0 35" P 5232208.

If you could send me the part numbers to type into your site to order them I would greatly appreciate it.

Take a look at our 15-199 pivot shoe, which uses the 1/2" thick Series 160 and 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs.
