Thanks for posting, Gabriella. I cannot say for sure what you have, I only see the base of the operator. I would need to see it removed from the window in order to accurately identify it.

In the meantime, check out either our 39-031 and 39-032 or our 39-155 and 39-156. Carefully compare the dimensions we show to your hardware and see if either of these pairs could work for you. If they're different in any way, please tell me exactly how and I can find a better match for you.

Thank you Paul for your investigation. Would it be possible for me to order all three possibilities and return the ones not needed?

Are you certain it is one of these three? I would not have a problem ordering all three to cover all my bases.

You could order them and return them, yes, but I cannot be certain that it is one of these four guaranteed. I highly recommend that you carefully compare the dimensions we show online to your own operator.
