Markings: Truth, 45034-lh. Arm looks to be around 9.5" from pivot to end.

Take a look at our 39-027E, this appears to match your existing operator. For the opposite side, see our 39-028E.

45034 is split arm 39-027 is single arm. Don't think it would work

The operator in the photo above is not a split arm, as you can see. These stamped numbers are not often reliable as a means for identification, and in all cases you should go by the physical design first and foremost.

If you have a split arm operator, then you don't have the same part as pictured above and therefore our recommendation would not be applicable.
