Hello, thank you for posting,
Your window uses an older balance assembly that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs along with the 26-083 pivot bar. Please review the step by step video that details the conversion and parts needed.
If you need assistance with choosing the correct weighted coils, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
