uknown coil balance for windows

I have many windows in a bldg that have this style of balance. I have torn these windows down and cannot find an MFG.

Measurements as follows 1-1/4" X 1-3/8" (nom) center roller is 3/4"

Any help would be nice. Looking for a vendor.

Can you upload a couple more pictures of the pivot bar on the sash and the pivot shoe (which connects to the spring)? This will help us research what you may be able to use as a replacement.

Here's an example of a pivot shoe and pivot bar just so you know what you're looking for.

The pivot bar looks like our 26-226 and the tilt cam looks like our 15-177. You will also have to purchase new springs because the new pivot shoe will not accept the hook style spring. The spring series you need is our S152. I cannot make out the number printed on your spring so I cannot point you to a specific spring in that series.
