unidentified vinyl window

Question

Hi, I have to double hung windows that have broken balance shoes.
the smaller window is approx. 24x36"
the larger one is approx. 28x54"

Thanks for posting. It looks like your pivot shoe might be our 15-177. You will need to remove it from the window to confirm. If so, our 15-177 is compatible with our Series 152 Coil Balances. Let us know if you have any other questions.
