unkonwn pivot lock shoe

A handy person from North Haledon, NJ says:

I bought this house 14 years ago and all windows are brown made by unknown manufacturer. I know that the spiral balance rods are red tip 5/8" this, some 27" long and others 24.
the only thing I am not sure about are the pivot lock shoes. So I am attaching some pictures hoping that you will be able to figure out the model and part number so that I can go ahead and place my order.

Hello! At first glance, your pivot shoe looks like a match for our 15-046. however you will need to review our dimensions to ensure that everything lines up. That's the only way to be sure. The best way to do that is to remove the old shoe and measure the part itself, not the space in which it installs.
