unstamped balance strength

Question

377 series 19" x 1/2" balance. 9" inside spring. double paned aluminum window. uploading photos did not work. How balance spring strength related to window weight, eg, 1.5x or 0.75x each?

Thanks for contacting us! We actually have a chart on the S377-19 store page that tells you how much weight each option supports. All you have to do is weigh your sash on a scale and refer to that chart.
