vent latch for certainteed windows

Question

I have relatively new CertainTeed windows throughout my home and see attached photo of what I believe it's called a vent lock is broken. Is it possible that you carry new ones? Would I be able to install this myself by simply popping it in? G 11079 PAT. 4824154
