Viking Window balance 29 4 EQ Caldwell

Hi

Trying to replace the channel balances on this window. It's a Viking window. I've measured the metal part of the channel and it's 29 7/8". Looking at your website, my channel appears to be a S395, but can you confirm? The window sash weighs 19 pounds. The only writing on the channel is "29 4 EQ Caldwell".

Thanks for posting. Based on your stamp, the metal channel should be exactly 30". Can you triple just just to be sure? As for the Series, the Series 395 certainly looks close but I would measure your hardware just to be sure.
