vinyl tilt double hung

hi
i need 2 of those things in the channel that are held in with 1 screw for the lower sash to stay up. i did not see anything on the website. i have no mfr info. it is in a town house in PA about 10 years old. dimension approx 1"x3.5"x1/2" thick.

I can only see the cover, but it resembles our 15-204 for dual coil springs. If you agree, I think the springs themselves could be our Series 165 coil. Can you confirm? You will need to match up the numbers from the old coil springs. The pivot shoe would be our 15-191, but I recommend double checking just to be sure.
