weathersheild sliding patio door

Question

These are the pictures of worn weather stripping for a early 90's weathersheild sliding patio door.  They appear to be vinyl and have compression wings on both sides of seal.  They are approximately 5/8 to 3/4 inch thick and go between the sliders.
