Take a look at the 15-177 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 152 coil springs and related support hardware. Thanks for posting! 

A contractor from Cleveland says:
Possible to get the shoe pivot nut, for lack of know terminology, (metal part window guide goes into) or does whole shoe have to be purchased?

This is an Alside window from at least 10 years ago. Looks like other picture submitted for sure.
