Looks like you have our 15-199 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses either either our Series 160 1/2" thick Coil Balances, as well as our Series 165 3/8" thick springs. Compare the thickness of your old springs with these to see which Series you need. It appears at least one of your springs has a stamp of '5' on it, which would indicate you need either the S160-5 5.5 lb spring or the S165 5 lb spring. If you're uncertain, give us the exact weight of your window sash and we can work out anything else you need.
