whats the difference between a 15-194 & 15-195

Hello !!
I am trying to replace a D467490 Window spring shoe. I bought 4 15-195 models and they didnt quite work. As you can see in the picture, the D467490 on left has a top hook that is narrower the the 15-195 on the right. That is keeping the 15-195 from sliding onto the spring holder clip. Would the 15-194 work better ? what is the difference between the two ? Is there another option ? About half the windows in my house have these broken and need replacing :-(

The balance company that used your T-Lock shoe went out of business and this exact style is no longer made. You will need an all new balance. See our Series 795 channel balance, I believe this will work. Just keep in mind this installs at the top using a screw tab, not a hook.

The 15-195 is 1-1/4" wide while the 15-194 is only 1" wide. Otherwise, they are the same. The 15-194 won't solve your problem.
