If you are looking to replace the handle set and the mortise lock, I suggest using the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle and the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. The keeper used with your mortise lock may not be compatible with ours, so you may also need to purchase the 82-249.
To determine if these are the correct replacement for your repairs, you'll need to look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware.
