which channel balance for Jordan windows do I need?

Length 29 inches.  only markings are 28 C.  Also need clips at top of window and a plug to keep the channel balance inside the window.

Thanks for writing in. Start by looking at either our S351-29 or S390-29. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For take-out clips, see our 16-002. The plugs you refer to are called top sash guides. We can replace these, but we need to see an undamaged version out of the window with 'mugshot' pictures of the front and side.
