which coil balance system should I purchase

Hello,My coil balance system is broken so my windows can't hold open anymore (The coil is broken on the right side and does not support the pivot shoe, a part of the coil is broken on the left side and the pivot shoe as well as the pivot bat is borken on the left side). I will need to replace both right and left side. In the picture that is attached, it looks like it is a double coil system made of 2 coil supports. However, I don't see any writings or numbers in any piece. The lenght of each coil support is 4.7cm (1.85inch) and the width is 3.2cm (1.25inch). The shoe width is the same. I weighted the sash on a scale and it weigths 11.2kg (24.69lbs). Can you please tell me which coil balances I need to purchase on the swisco website including the pivot bar (I have 3 inches pivot bars)?Thank you very much,Pierre

Your balance shoe appears to be the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. I'm confident this should be a match but be sure to carefully review and compare the specifications.

It is most often used with the 26-241 Pivot Bar.

The compatible balance is the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance. Since the sash weight is 24.69lbs, I suggest using the S160-06 6lb coil. You'll need the 15-150D to replace the coil support.
