which shoe

Question

Hello,
Attached are (2) pics. I a trying to determine if the part i need is 1/2" thick or 17/32" . The 'face' of the 1/2" looks like the piece I have with (2) small circles and rectangular cutouts in the plastic. The sides that slide up and down in the track.

The website pic of the 17/32" shoe has no holes but does have a blue brake. Not sure which i need?

Thanks for contacting us Glen. We really do not advise to depend on the color when deciding on a pivot shoe. The best option I have always stood by is to base your decisions off of measurements. In my years of experience, I have noticed most vinyl windows are able to use our 15-046 pivot shoe as a replacement. Compare your measurements to ours to see if this would make a good match for you.
