Marvin window

Question

My window wont go up and down.
It just weighs heavy and needs a stick to hold it up.
I have a Marvin Window with following etching
IGCC CBA
CARDINAL
CIG-4
4-92
Install in 1992
I believe the white plastic piece is missing from the window
Do I need to replace the entire mechanism along with the attached spring??

Welcome to SWISCO. If you are just missing the nylon piece, our 15-104 friction shoe would be the replacement.

If you need new springs, you would need to replace the complete jamb liner. For that, you would need to visit your local mill work for jamb liners. It would be best to take one with you as a sample.
