Our Series 380 channel balance unfortunately won't replace the design you show here. This is a special design, notable for having the pulley wheel built into the bottom shoe. That may seem  like a small detail but it is indicative of a wider range of differences that render our part incompatible.

The good news is that we can help, but it will have to be a custom order. Before we go any further, can you just tell me how many you needed? Your photos otherwise tell me everything I need to get started.

Thank you. I'm afraid we can only supply 2 of these at minimum, since they're custom made. I hope that's okay. We always recommend replacing both at the same time, anyway. Mixing old and new balances usually leads to the new assembly wearing out faster than it ought to.

What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add 2 of these to your cart. You can then checkout as normal.

Lastly, I'm not sure what this clip in your new photo might be. It resembles our 16-002 take out clip but it almost looks like pieces are missing. I don't suppose you have an undamaged version we can see?

I can't say for sure if it will work, but it is a reasonable option. The only way I can confirm is to see an undamaged version.
