window balance

hey guys so i have a customer with some gerkin windows and they have this kind of balancer ever seen this kind before i think its kind of overkill for the windows

Thanks for writing in! This customer has a twin Crossbow balance that isn't available any longer. When we see balances like this, it typically indicates to us that the company likely used twin balances because of the sash weight.

The good new is that we can convert this window balance to the Series 795 channel balance. I'll just need the length of the twin balance including the black "T" end as well as the exact weight of the sash.
