Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177, but you'll need to remove yours from the window to confirm the specifications below match. If so, they use the Series 152 Coil Springs, which attach to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. You'll need the stamp codes from the original coils to choose the corresponding strength options.
