window balance, 35" long metal with 1" depth bottom shoe, markings are 34-9 BA CMC 4

Hi,
Based upon the shoe depth, I assume this is a 380 series window balance. However I could not find a 3490 code for this listed in your selections ? Unsure what to order.

Your stamp "34-9" is outdated and doesn't match any of our standard options. You'll need to weigh your sash on a scale to determine the appropriate option for your balance. There's a chart on the S380-35's store page that will show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
