I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have based on this information alone. The stamp only indicates the spring strength calibration and is not otherwise used to identify your balance. I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.

If you can't find a match here, please show us a picture of the top nylon attachment and a picture of the bottom nylon attachment and we will do our best to find a replacement.

A quick learner says:
It is 28inches and matches 371 from your page. I was wondering based on the stamp what weight it can hold

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Just to be clear, are you referencing our S371-28 or S370-28

To be sure that you get the correct part, we'll need some pictures of your balance and the weight of your sash to make sure that the spring is strong enough to keep your window up. Thank you.

A quick learner says:
thanks casey
It looks like a S351 or S 390 to me but here are the pictures. i can take better ones if you cant tell from these.

Do i have to weigh the sash? can the stamp help?

It looks like you'll need our S395-28 channel balance. Since we don't have a stamp option that correlates with the one on your balance, I'd encourage you to weigh your sash so that I can make sure you get the balance that will work best with your window.
